When your relationship isn't where you want it to be

Relationships can go through difficult periods, and sometimes it can feel as though you're stuck in the same patterns and don't know how to move forward.

You may be:

Having the same arguments again and again
Finding yourselves returning to the same disagreements without feeling heard or understood.

Struggling to communicate
Feeling that conversations quickly become arguments, or that you're no longer able to talk openly with one another.

Feeling disconnected
Feeling emotionally distant from your partner or more like housemates than a couple.

Struggling with trust
Trying to move forward after something has happened that has affected your sense of trust in the relationship.

Dealing with infidelity
Trying to understand what happened and whether it is possible to rebuild your relationship after betrayal.

Struggling with intimacy
Finding that emotional or physical closeness has changed and wanting to reconnect.

Whatever you're experiencing, you don't have to work through it alone.

How Couples Therapy Online Can Help

Couples therapy provides a safe and supportive space to slow things down, understand what is happening within your relationship and begin to communicate in a different way.

Our therapists work collaboratively with couples to explore patterns of communication and conflict, understand each person's experiences and needs, and support you in making meaningful changes within your relationship.

Therapy isn't about deciding who is right or wrong. It is about creating a space where both people can be heard, understood and supported.

Understand Your Relationship
Explore the patterns and difficulties affecting your relationship and develop a clearer understanding of what is happening between you.

Rebuild Connection & Trust
Work through hurt, disconnection and difficult experiences and begin rebuilding emotional connection and trust.

Improve Communication
Develop healthier ways of expressing your needs, feelings and concerns, while learning to listen and understand each other more effectively.

Move Forward Together
Develop new ways of relating to one another that can support your relationship beyond therapy.
