Founder and Senior Clinician

Tenille is the Founder and Senior Clinician of Couples Therapy Online. 

She is a qualified and experienced mental health professional with a strong background in couples work, relationship dynamics, and trauma-informed practice. Tenille brings a warm, collaborative, and integrative approach to clinical work, with a focus on helping clients develop healthier, more connected, and more secure relationships.

Alongside her clinical leadership role, she has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families across community, educational, and organisational settings, including counselling, consultation, and psychoeducation services.

Tenille is a registered member of the Irish Association for Counselling. Her approach integrates evidence-informed modalities, including the Gottman Method, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed therapy.

While her primary focus is couples therapy and relationship counselling, she also supports individuals seeking to better understand relational patterns, attachment dynamics, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
